When and how do I get paid?
Monthly. Once a customer's payment has been collected, the commission on it is added to your balance, and we send you the month's total by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
What exactly is the commission calculated on?
On the net revenue we actually collect from your customers — what we receive after payment-processing fees and taxes. If a customer doesn't pay, there is no commission for that period.
How are my customers credited to me?
Through your personal link or code. When a business signs up after opening your link, their account is linked to you, and the link is remembered on that device for 90 days. For deals you close in person, just tell us and we'll assign the customer to you.
Do I need a trade licence?
You're responsible for any licence, registration or tax obligations where you operate — you work as an independent partner, not an employee of Wakeel. If you charge customers a setup fee, that's your own invoice under your own licence.
Is it exclusive? Are there targets?
No and no. You can work with other products, in any city, at your own pace. There are no minimums and nothing to pay.
Can I get a demo account to show customers?
Yes. Approved partners get a free demo account, so you can show Wakeel answering in Arabic and English, live on WhatsApp.
Who supports my customers?
As a referral partner, we handle onboarding and support. Resellers handle onboarding and first-line questions, and we back you up on anything technical.
