Will it offer a product that’s out of stock?+
No. Availability is read from your stock at the moment of the question, and each size or colour has its own stock.
Can a customer see someone else’s order?+
No. Tracking and cancelling are tied to the customer’s own WhatsApp number, and no details of an order they don’t own are shown.
Does it connect to my Shopify or Salla store?+
Not today. Wakeel has its own store inside WhatsApp; you add your products to it from the dashboard.
